I am an International Customer, how do I place an order?
Please follow these few easy steps for an international order:
1) Load items in your Cart
2) Open your Cart and highlight and copy the entire order
3) Open the ‘Contact Us’ tab
4) Fill in your details and paste your order in the message block
This will give us all the necessary details needed to accurately quote you for the order and shipping to your destination.
Once an order is received, we will email you an Order Form and send a link for quick, secure payment.
If you have mistakenly paid for flat rate shipping, the amount will be deducted from your international shipping cost.
Which courier method do you use?
All local orders are shipped using Courier Guy. All International orders are shipped through Internet Express. All orders are automatically insured for loss.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Local orders within South Africa have a fixed rate of R100.00 applied. International shipping costs are calculated according to the shipment’s weight and dimensions with Internet Express.
Which payment method do you accept?
We use PayFast, a secure South African payment portal which accepts all major bank cards. PayPal can be requested but will have a 5% surcharge applied to the order total.
What do I do if my order is missing an item when delivered?
Contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
What do I do if I was sent an incorrect item?
If your order is incorrect, contact and notify us. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of processing (not including holidays and weekends).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Local South African orders will take around 2 – 3 Days. International parcels may take between 5 and 14 days depending on the parcel routing. You will be sent the Waybill Number once your order is shipped and you will be able to track the parcel.
